How do I make a purchase?
  1. If you would like to purchase shoes - go to the page "SHOES"
  2. If you would like to purchase Heels, go to the page "HEELS". For this exercise we will view on how to purchase shoes 
  3. Once you are at the "SHOES" page, select the desired design and click on it 
  4. You will enter a page with the detailed product description . In it, select the desired size and Add to Cart 
  5. Key in your details and proceed to make payments 
  6. Once payment is received, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email. 
  7. Await for delivery of the product 

 What are your shoe sizes?

Our shoe size ranges from size 4 to size 10 (US size). Availability of sizes is dependent on the shoe designs. Refer to size guide for more info. 

How do I know if the shoes fit me?

While we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in sizing, we have prepared a size guide that will assist you in measuring your feet and comparing it with our designs. Refer tp size guide for more info. 

What do I do if the pair of shoes I want is out of stock?
Kindly send us a message on the Contact Us page or drop us an email on info@mestrae.com and we will notify you once it is up. 

Do I need a user account to make a purchase?
While we recommend all of our customers to sign up an account for faster checkouts and access to your very own wishlist, we leave the option to checkout as guest too for your convenience.


Will my personal information be kept private?
At Mestrae, we ensure that all of the information you shared with us are kept private and confidential. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy 


What are the delivery methods available?
For domestic shipment, it will be via GDEX. For international shipment, it will be via DHL (DHL Express/eCommerce).
 
 How do I track my order?
Simply click on the “track my order” button at the bottom of each page, select your chosen courier company, and you’ll be directed towards the specific page where you can key in your tracking number to instantly have a look on the delivery process.
 
How do I request for a return?

Should you encounter fitting issues or faulty goods, and would like to make a return, we welcome you to raise a return request, provided that the item(s) is purchased within 7 days , unused, unwashed with packaging intact. For more details, check out the Return Policy

What is Product Warranty ?

We provide 90 days warranty should there be any damages on the interchangeable heels (heel seats and heels). Send us an email and return the product back to us for us to fix it
